Implement Anti Spam Plugin for Blog Comments

Right now we have a interface (admin/core) to track many options to correlate with the comments. But as we currently do not deliver any default anti spam plugin (functionality) most of the settings are currently not applicable. At the moment only Blog Comment Statuses are may be used for hiding or displaying the comment in the frontend (with a manually condition within the derived template).
Since the interface (settings/settings.php) seems to get an eye especially on a bayes implementation we should evaluate if this plays well with existing anti spam implementations out there that could get adopted for Welcompose. And which may not use a pure bayesian filter base so our options fits exactly with the provided params of these plugins.
