Blog comments show/hide

While we have the option to allow comments or not, we should introduce a option, wether to show or hide existing comments without binding this to the ability to make a comment.
Sometimes we like to show formerly entered comments, but do not want to allow commenting.

Wow, this is something new functionality that I am learning here about adding comments into a word doc. I use to add in excel sheets to do my https://www.ukbestessay.net/assignment-writing blogs assignment but never come across this word. My huge appreciation for this idea.
