UpdateTask: simplePage deletion

We need to write a update task to get rid off simple_date_x tables and related rights within the database.

Beside we must neutralize the update task 0001-011.php (where the simpleDate mysql is created).

    We should leave this out for the the current release. Best way is to inform the users that this page type is deprecated and will vanish on further release.
