Simply page creation and Editing usability

Since today the page creation is cling to every page row by providing request params on pages_select view. This is a bit annoying and error prone as it is likely to click within the wrong row.
We should have one navigation independent "New Page" link and give the user the freedom to insert the page in what position or navigation he just want to.
To simply the interface we also should pass the edit symbol and apply the edit action on the element name where it is normally suggested.
