Implement new page type event

To fit the needs for a page that performs event lists, we think about needed properties and how this should be presented in the admin interface.
The layout is orientated on blog page type except the need of xxx_item views. We don't need this for tracing event views.
Suggested field layout:
- Title
- URL-Title
- Event Start Date
- Event Begin Time
- Event End Time
- Event End Date
- Event Begin Time
- Event End Time
- Content
- Textconverter
- Apply macros
- Use meta tags
- Keywords
- Feed summary
- Draft
- Ping
