Exclude option related to sitemap building

To avoid violating the google guidelines, every page or blog/event entry should have the option to exclude the current page/item on the sitemap generation.

While we can use a blog page without a blog item, the links to the blog entry are printed within the sitemap generation. So there are links visible to the crawler which doesn't exists.

Beside that, it is a good option either for other pages, thinking of seo less important content pages like imprint or so.
