Making Frontend Generator Forms HTML5 Ready (some kind of)
Reported by og | May 6th, 2012 @ 12:54 AM | in 0.9
There are serveral tasks to implement.
First, we need to provide common HTML5 Attributes to any element
types.
Right now including 'placeholder', 'autofocus', 'pattern',
'required', 'max' and 'min' (for type 'range') seems to be
appropriate.
Second, within the generatorformindex.class.php we must extend the type table definitions.
Third, we must made a decision how the interface should be displayed for the user. We could implement a dynamic view for appropriate Attributes while selecting a type from the select. Or we rely on the knowledge of the user - and show everything (maybe collapsed by default). With good help advices.
Think about.
