Exclude pages from navigation

Add Option on page_add/edit to exclude pages from showing up in the navigation tree (frontend). This could be useful for several kinds of pages e.g. form confirmation pages (does not exist in the welcompose core) or contextual backlinks that doesn't belong to the main structure.
